Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission fully complies with the PJA Author Guidelines.
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF format.
  • The text is double-spaced, in 12-point Times New Roman, with italics instead of underlining (except for URLs). Figures and tables are embedded at appropriate points in the text.
  • The text follows the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • Where applicable, URLs or DOIs for references have been provided to ensure accessibility and verification.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration by another journal.
