Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Ethical Guidelines and General Information

Ethical Approvals:

In cases where animals are used in the submitted manuscript, the methods section should clearly indicate the approval of the ethics committee of the institute or organization and should indicate that every effort has been made to minimize pain and discomfort to the animal during use. Carried out these experiments.

Ethics of Investigation:

Authors should ensure that the manuscript is designed in accordance with the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki revised in 1975; otherwise, the manuscript will not be accepted for publication or will be subsequently rejected.

Blinded Review:

Likes Researchers believes in a fair and rigorous review process. Therefore, all submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by at least three experts in the relevant field, determined by the editor of each journal. The names of the reviewers will not be indicated in the manuscript and will not be disclosed to any author.

Appeal of Decision:

Authors have the right to appeal the publisher's decision in writing to the editorial office stating the reasons for appealing the decision with supporting evidence and data.

Permissions:

In the event that a part (for example, a table or a figure) of the submitted manuscript has been taken from a previously published work, it is the responsibility of the authors to obtain permission from the editors or authors, depending on the ownership copyright  Author. Researchers Links can request this permission at any time, before or after publication of the study.

Plagiarism Policy:

The Editorial Board will strictly check the plagiarism of the text and fraudulent obvious data before the review process and if any plagiarism is detected at this stage or later, the manuscript will be rejected and will not be reviewed in a journal published independently or in association with researchers Links, Ltd, UK.

Submission:

Only electronic files in Word format (doc, docx) can be submitted to the Journal of Quality Assurance in Agricultural Sciences. Submission should only be made by one of the authors, principal or co-author, who should take responsibility for all correspondence throughout the submission and review process.

Terms of Submission:

When submitting your manuscripts, you should ensure that:

  • The manuscript is not considered elsewhere for publication.
  • All authors have approved the publication of this manuscript.
  • The institution concerned has approved the submission, if necessary.
  • Authors allow editing of articles to improve readability.

Types of manuscript:

Research Article:

An article that contains all the details of the results. It should include a title page, summary, introduction, results, discussion (results and discussion can be combined), materials and methods, acknowledgments, author contributions, references, tables and, finally, legends of figures.

Short Communication:

A shorter version of the manuscript. Short papers can be published faster. It should include the title page, abstract, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion (or results and discussion), acknowledgments, author contributions, references, tables and, finally, the legends of the figures.

Mini-review:

These should focus on an emerging topic in the field. The prior authorization of the editor-in-chief is required. There is no specific format for the different sections

Review:

Should comprehensively focus on an emerging topic, which fit into the scope of the journal. Prior permission from the Editor-in-Chief is mandatory. There is no specific format of different sections.

Formatting of the manuscript:

Title and authorship information page (first page of manuscript)

  • Manuscript title
  • Full names of authors
  • Complete institutional postal addresses
  • E-mail address (es), telephone and fax number of the corresponding authors

Novelty Statement

(4-5 points) highlighting scientific merit of the work reported in the manuscript

Abstract:

The manuscript must contain an abstract. Abstracts should not contain references and should clearly and accurately summarize the main objective of the study. The number of words must be less than 250 words.

Introduction:

This section should summarize the existing literature sufficiently for readers to understand the context of the findings. Ultimately, the introduction should contain the objectives of the study. Authors are encouraged to use titles, but these are not required.

Materials and Methods:

This part should contain enough experimental and analytical details that any reader can repeat the procedures without consulting the author of the study. To better understand the methodologies, it is recommended to divide this section into titles.

Results and Discussion:

This section can be divided into subheadings or combined depending on the nature of the manuscript and the type of study.

Conclusions:

This section should clearly explain the main conclusions of the work. It should not be more than one paragraph long and should not repeat the text previously presented in the text. Efforts should be made to emphasize the importance and relevance of the study.

Acknowledgments:

All acknowledgments (if any) should be included in the manuscript before the References section and may include supporting grants etc.

Authors Contributions:

The manuscript must clearly indicate the contribution of each author and must convince the editors that each author has made a significant contribution to the study.

Conflict of Interest:

In cases where there is no conflict of interest, authors should declare that "The author (s) declare that there is no conflict of interest with respect to the publication of this article. " Otherwise, they should mention any conflict of interest in this section of the manuscript.

References:

References in the text should be mentioned as Smith, 2005 (when there is single author) or Smith and Franklin, 2005 (when there are two authors) or Smith et al., 2005 (when there are more than two authors).

The reference in the Reference List shall be arranged as mentioned below for each category:

Preparation of Figures:

Figures should be submitted in separate files and uploaded to the online Manuscript Handler with the manuscript. All figures should be cited in the document in consecutive order. Figures must be provided in .jpg or jpeg format.

Preparation of Tables:

Tables should be submitted in separate files and should be uploaded to the online submission system (Manuscript Handler) with the manuscript. Tables must be cited consecutively in the text and must not be abbreviated

Proofs:

The formatted kitchen receipt will only be sent to the corresponding authors and must be returned within 2-3 days of receipt. It is up to the corresponding authors to consult the other authors for their correction and proofreading.
